If you'd like to keep track of your Last Contacts metrics without waiting for the weekly report, you're welcome to pull an export from Brightways to assess the students/families that you need to contact for the current month.
This export is the one used in the weekly reports; feel free to copy this export if you'd like to tailor the filters to your liking, but please do not edit the current filters and settings:

After downloading the export, you'll need to remove some records in Excel to get an accurate list of students. You'll want to remove the following:
- Any students that are not assigned to you.
- Sort column A (Teacher) alphabetically, and delete rows of students assigned to a different teacher.
- Any enrollments that have a status of Exited, Graduated, Incomplete, Transfer, or Withdrawing.
- Sort column J (Status) alphabetically, and delete rows with the above values.
- Any Pre-K students.
- Sort column F (Grade) lowest to highest, and delete the rows with grade "-1".
The above students do not count against your Last Contacts metrics in the weekly report. You should be left with a list of K-12 students assigned to you who currently have an enrollment status of Active, Completed, or Pending.
Sort column S (Last Teacher Successful Contact On) from lowest to highest and "then by" column R (Last Teacher Attempted Contact On) from lowest to highest. The least recently contacted students will be at the top of your list.
NB: students who have never been successfully contacted will filter down to the bottom regardless of whether you sort columns S and R in ascending or descending order. These students do count against your Last Contacts metrics, so don't forget to check the bottom of your list.
You can highlight multiple cells and Excel will calculate the total for you, so you can easily see how many students (or families, using column O (Primary Contact)) you need to contact. The count (and average and sum, less useful for dates) of your highlighted fields is located in the bottom right.
