Transferring Calls

1. With the person on the line press TRANSFER
2. On the right look at the twelve programmable function keys and switch to an open line.
3. If the person you are transferring the call to has an extension programmed into the phone on one of the twelve programmable function keys on the right then press that button. If the recipient doesn't have a preprogrammed key then simply call their line directly.
4. Announce the caller to the recipient.
5. Press TRANSFER and simply hang up.
