- Provide detailed information about the issues you are experiencing with the device. Error codes and/or steps to replicate the problem are very helpful.

If issue cannot be resolved remotely, item may be shipped to district office if the following criteria are met:
- Budget code for shipping is provided to tech department prior to shipment.
- Timeline of when package will arrive in Fairbanks & if it needs to be picked up from Wrights or another carrier.
- Detailed information in the box of why the equipment was returned, including relevant ticket number from step 1.
- Budget code provided to the tech department for repair or replacement. Without a budget code the device will not be repaired or replaced.

If issue could not be resolved remotely, item may also be dropped off at district office if convenient, provided the following criteria are met:
- Estimated date and time of when package will be dropped off at district office and by whom.
- Detailed information in the box of why the equipment was returned, including relevant ticket number from step 1. Devices left without a ticket number will not be repaired or replaced.
